Is this a W2 Position?
No, all positions are 1099 which means you are a contractor not a employee. Once certified you will be paid hourly and you pick the days and hours you want to work. Being a 1099 contractor also means you are responsible for your own equipment and background check. Taxes are not automatically deducted, the only thing deducted from your check is the administrative fee.
Do I have to pay anything?
To register your job portal and look at the different jobs available there is no charge. The mandatory certification class is free. Since this is a 1099 position and you are contractor not an employee you are responsible for your background check. Once you have found the job you are interested in and you have enrolled in the certification class you will need to get a $30 background check. If you work multiple jobs you only pay the background check once.
7 days before your certification class starts you pay a $20 deposit and it is sent back to you as long as you attend the first day of class.

Computer Doesn't Meet Requirements?
You can purchase a computer that meets the requirements from a local electronics store
